Meliora Learning Hub is a DTI-registered English language training and review center based in Toril, Davao City, Philippines, and a British Council Official IELTS Test Centre for Southern Mindanao. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Meliora Learning Hub; "you" and "your" refer to the student or user.
We provide English language training, IELTS preparation and review, and related assessment services, delivered online and/or on-site. Course content, schedules, and features may be updated from time to time to improve the learning experience.
Fees for each course or service are displayed at the point of enrollment. Payment must be completed through the methods we provide before access is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are in Philippine Pesos unless stated otherwise.
All course materials, content, and branding on this website are the property of Meliora Learning Hub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes such as specific test scores, which depend on many factors including individual effort.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
